Watergate at Landmark is a condominium community located in West End Alexandria, Virginia. The neighborhood sits on 28 acres of landscape. Our employees service and maintain the property, including the amenity areas, the community center rooms, the indoor and outdoor pools, indoor and outdoor racquet sports, an extensive fitness center, a library, a Market eatery, a convenience store, and much more.
We employ staff support within five departments: Environmental Services, Facilities & Maintenance, Patrol Services, Residential Services, and the Management Support Team.
