The Ideal Candidate
In order to minimally qualify for this position all applicants must possess high school diploma or GED; three years of responsible clerical experience, or any equivalent combination of experience and training which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
In order to be considered an ideal candidate all applicants must possess the above as well as: basic ability and comfort with operating a touchscreen tablet; basic ability to assist clients with completing registration form on client’s phone; ability to follow protocols, and flexibility to adapt to ongoing changes in procedures and job tasks; ability to work inside, sitting down or standing; or outside for an entire POD, standing for up to 4 hours at a time; ability to hear well in a noisy environment and has good listening skills; have a strong, clear voice; be flexible and functions well under stressful, pressured situations; ability to problem-solve independently but appropriately inform supervisor if issues; have strong verbal communication skills, comfortable interacting one-on-one with the public, able to have difficult conversations and de-escalate distressed clients.

*Please note this is a 90 day temporary position with the possibility of an extension.
Schedule:
Hours: Typically 7:30AM-5:30PM.?Work is in-person, days?are?variable,?and will include weekends. Total hours per week may range from 10-40 hours. Preference given to individuals willing to work multiple shifts per week and up to 40 hours. Must be flexible with work schedule,?as hours and days are subject to change depending on vaccine availability.
Training:
Will receive training in Incident Command Structure (ICS) and following chain of command, Biosafety and correct use of personal protective equipment (PPE), online registration system, and POD (Point of Dispensing) structure and procedures
