The Ideal Candidate
To be minimally qualified for this position all applicants must have completed some high school courses; and must have a valid driver’s license issued by state of residence.
To be considered an ideal candidate, applicants must possess the above as well as: attention to detail; ability to multi-task; be flexible and function well under stressful, pressured situations; ability to anticipate future needs of staff he/she is supporting and take initiative to address those needs; excellent communication skills with colleagues, high level customer service skills with the public and community organizations; ability to walk and stand for long periods of time and lift and move boxes, equipment, and supplies up to 50lbs; and be willing and able to drive a City vehicle for delivery of POD supplies. Medical Reserve Corps experience is preferred.

*Please note that this is a 90 day temporary position with the possibility of an extension.
Hours: Typically 7:30AM-5:30PM. Work is in-person, days are variable, and will include weekends. Total hours per week may range from 10-40 hours. Preference given to individuals willing to work multiple shifts per week and up to 40 hours. Must be flexible with work schedule, as hours and days are subject to change depending on vaccine availability.
Will receive training in Incident Command Structure (ICS) and following chain of command, Biosafety and correct use of personal protective equipment (PPE), inventory tracking procedures, and POD (Point of Dispensing) structure and procedures
