Job Description

High Sierra Pools is hiring Lifeguards for single/multi guard pools and Pool Managers for multi guard pools!

Lifeguards get paid to spend summer at the pool!

They make sure patrons follow all safety rules, keep the pool sparkling clean, and help everyone enjoy summer at the pool. Of course, they are fully trained to prevent, recognize and respond to any issues that might come up!

Job Requirements

Certification requirements - Lifeguarding/First Aid/CPR/AED.
For those who are not yet lifeguard certified, High Sierra Pools offers American Red Cross certification courses.
A limited number of lifeguard positions are available at multi-guard facilities for applicants aged 15 years. The remainder of the state’s lifeguard positions are available to applicants who are 16 years and older.
