As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our establishment and ensuring exceptional customer service.

This is a leadership role that requires strong communication skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of the staff during assigned shifts
• Ensure that all employees adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Train new employees on company policies, procedures, and job duties
• Conduct interviews and assist in the hiring process
• Assist with cooking, bartending, or other duties as needed
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders when necessary
• Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Collaborate with management to develop strategies for improving overall efficiency and customer satisfaction

• Previous experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry is required
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bilingual and Spanish bilingual is a plus
• Knowledge of inventory control procedures
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Detailoriented with strong problemsolving abilities

• Food safety knowledge and certification
• Experience in interviewing and hiring employees
• Proficiency in cooking or bartending techniques
• Familiarity with shift management procedures
• Knowledge of chicken preparation methods
