JOB SUMMARY:

The Project Manager position will be a front-line leader in progressing Goodwin House Incorporated through the perpetual change in aging services. The Project Manager leads the organizational development of business analytics solutions and manages enterprise-wide technology projects. Success of this position will result in all elements of the triple aim being met: improved health measure of Goodwin House stakeholders, decreased costs per capita, and improved customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Project Management
• Works with COO and Director of Information Technology in business enterprise technology project management strategies and processes to unify operations in preparation for organizational growth.
• Would be a member the Technology Strategy Committee and lead the implementation of organization-wide technology strategic initiatives.
• Works with VP of Business Development in technology-related project management of potential and actual business expansions/partnerships.
Operational Excellence through Business Analytics & Quality Improvement
• Leverage PowerBI, MatrixCare and other enterprise software to create business intelligence decision support systems
• Coordinate the development of comparative business analytics Power BI dashboard for Strategy Team and senior leaders
• Assist leaders in enhancing the full capability of Power BI including customizing dashboards, process development, and replacing hand-generated reports. B
• Build and manage robust health outcomes portfolios for residents, members, clients and patients for use as a strategic tool to become a preferred provider and partner.
Strategy
• Assist in the development of tools, systems and policies to ready the organization for rapid business scaling opportunities
• Lead organizational software consolidation to an enterprise system model.
• Proficient with Office 365 Apps
• Proficient with Power BI
• Certified Project Management Professional
• Experience implementing enterprise-wide change management
• Excellent Communication Skills
