The Maintenance Technician III will be responsible for performing all necessary property maintenance to maintain and enhance the property as directed by the Maintenance Manager. Responsibilities include: Overseeing the apartment turnover schedule, provide general maintenance, drywall, painting, assist with grounds maintenance and inspections, after hour emergency calls, snow removal and responding to resident service requests. Ideal candidates will possess overall maintenance knowledge, exceptional organizational skills, and trouble-shooting abilities with skills in HVAC, carpentry, equipment, and tool usage.

Job Requirements
• 2+ years of verifiable proficiency in general maintenance is preferred.
• 3+ years in the multifamily industry.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Trade school and/or military training a plus.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Possess and maintain CFC Certification.
• Tools are required at time of hire at employees’ expense.
