Key Role:

Support and contribute to the compliance team in furtherance of the company’s human resource policies and practices. Ensure compliance with international, federal, state, and local laws and regulations, as well as internal standards and procedures. Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on various compliance related matters, such as EEOC and OFCCP guidance, to include AI best practices issued by the agencies, Affirmative Action, hiring and recruitment, compensation, training, and employee relations. Serve as the company’s main point of contact for Affirmative Action, Equal Pay, and other compliance related data sets. Provide direction, expertise, and support to business units on compliance requirements by applying leading-edge principles, theories, and concepts, while contributing to the development of new principles and concepts. Support the full project life cycle of compliance-related projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting. Coordinate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and expectations and ensure timely and effective communication of project status, issues, and risks to senior management and other relevant parties. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $67,700.00 to $154,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.

Job Requirements
Basic Qualifications:

• Experience supporting compliance efforts in support of Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) regulations and requirements per the Office of
Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP)
• Experience supporting the AAP process for an organization
• Experience with implementing processes to ensure compliance with international, federal, state, and local laws
• Experience supporting regular risk assessments to identify potential compliance issues and develop mitigation plans
• Experience submitting data for federal and state reporting, including VETS 4212, EEO-1, and California and Illinois Pay Data reporting
• Experience using Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Ability to monitor changes in regulatory requirements and industry best practices to ensure ongoing compliance
• Ability to collaborate with teams to resolve issues and answer questions, including working with legal, operations, contracts, finance, and senior l
leadership teams
• HS diploma or GED and 6+ years of experience with compliance function within a government contracting organization, or Bachelor’s degree in • Human Resources and 4+ years of experience in a compliance function within a government contracting organization



Additional Qualifications:

• Experience with executing internal audits, risk identification and management, and resolution
• Ability to perform research and legal, regulatory, policy, quantitative, and organizational analyses
• Ability to understand legal documents and communicate requirements to stakeholders in business terms
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively on a matrix team and communicate effectively
• Active SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) or equivalent Human Resources certification
