Qualifications and education requirements
High School Diploma Required
Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory experience in a related field
Minimum of four (4) years working in a related field and supervising 20+ personnel
Experience working with people who have disabilities.
Extensive working knowledge of equipment, materials and supplies used in building maintenance
Knowledge of proper hazardous chemical disposal
Knowledge of floor care and carpet care
Knowledge of first aid and applicable safety precautions
Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing
Ability to establish effective working relationships at different levels
Skill in operation of listed tools and equipment
Honesty and trustworthiness
Possess cultural awareness and sensitivity
Sound work ethics

While performing the duties of this job the incumbent will have to sit, stand and or walk for the majority of the shift. The incumbent is required to regularly talk or hear while fulfilling the duties of the job. The incumbent may have to lift up to 20 pounds regularly and push and or pull carts with up to 70 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
