Statement of Purpose
Provide support to the MR Team for all aspects of the program. Assist with supply chain management, item introductions, sales analysis, and category and product management.

Education
A bachelor’s degree in business or marketing from a regionally accredited university or college is preferred. An equivalent combination of education and experience is also acceptable.
Training and Specialized Knowledge
Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Good written and oral communication skills. Good interpersonal skills.
Experience
Three (3) plus years of experience working with project management, sales and marketing analysis. Previous experience working in a retail environment helpful but not necessary.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities
· Assist and coordinate in preparation of presentations and sales manuals for the Military Resale Team.
· Provide monthly DeCA sales reports.
· Maintain MR catalogs for DeCA, AAFES and Nexcom.
· Manage the AbilityOne addition and deletion process.
· Maintain blind work year and PCN database.
· Coordinate orders for display equipment (Rack Program) under supervision of the MR Team.
· Maintain database for MR freight expenditures and orders.
· Maintain monthly product and wholesale price lists.
· Process Vendor Credit Memos, equipment and freight bills.
· Maintain current data base of MR product photos and specifications
· Empower IT provide requested sales reports.
· Assists with ad hoc report requirements for the MR Team.
· Create a monthly newsletter for the broker.
· Update weekly reports for Distributor Inventories.
· Manage Broker Store Visits process. Track all store visit reports. Work with the field representatives to finalize all action item reports in a timely manner. Provide an updated report for all store visits.
· Maintain current GDS database.
· Work with Associate Product Manger new item checklist process.
· Maintain Agency database files.
