Job Requirements
Position Responsibilities:
Opens Building
Answer phone calls, inquiries and accurately take messages
Inventories and purchases office supplies
Inventories and purchases cleaning supplies
Maintaining and Completing of Discharge Charts
Assist Office Manager in day to day operation of the office
Monitor submission of reports and documentation
Research discrepancies with documentation
Interview preparation
Maintains and updates consumer files
Maintain Tracking Sheets
Service Delivery Quality Assurance Quarterly Reviews
Sets up rooms for meetings, including therapy and educational groups.
Distributes mail
Performs other tasks as assigned by the Office Manager or other professional staff
This position requires a mandatory approved criminal registry and Child Protective Services check.
